I learned to grill as a teenager working at Chipotle. What started as a first job turned into a real love for cooking over fire, the heat, the char, the way flame changes food completely.
Years later, I started meal prepping for myself. My coworkers started noticing what I was bringing to work every day and asking me to prep for them too.
That's when I realized this wasn't just a hobby. People wanted real food, fire-grilled, made with intention. Not bland meal prep. Not processed shortcuts. Just great food, cooked properly, ready when you need it.
